The Black Garlic of Voghiera is obtained through a fermentation and maturation process of the Garlic of Voghiera PDO which takes place in a completely natural way, in an environment with controlled humidity and temperature for about two months, without the addition of additives, preservatives and yeasts. . The result is a delicious product rich in beneficial properties, grown, harvested and fermented exclusively in Italy using the high-level DOP product as a base.

Subsequently, the black garlic cloves will be transformed into a special cream of bright dark black color, with a medium density, an intoxicating and very intense aroma and an unusual but delicious balsamic taste, with an aftertaste of licorice with umami notes. It will be delivered in an elegant glass jar with label and hermetic closure.
