These general conditions of sale are the only ones applicable and replace any other condition, unless otherwise stated in writing. Traditions and Quality reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale; in this regard it is therefore necessary to re-read the general conditions before placing an order on the website www.tradizioniqualita.it. These changes will be immediately opposable to the Customer starting from their dissemination and cannot be applied to contracts concluded previously. Traditions and Quality of Luca Brini considers that, by confirming his order, the Customer has read and accepted without reserve these general conditions of sale. The methods of transport and payment will be described in detail in the e-mail in response to the receipt of the order and the shipping address.

Purchase of the product and sales contract

To purchase a product, the customer must perform the procedure explained on the site, selecting the desired items and continuing with the steps of entering the billing and shipping data.

Everything will reach us via e-mail, and in response to it we will explain the payment methods and the type of shipment or collection. all after having read the General Conditions of Sale and Privacy.

By confirming the order, which has the value of a contractual proposal, the Customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept these transcribed General and Payment Conditions.
The contract stipulated between the Customer and Traditions and Quality must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by the latter. This acceptance is communicated to the customer through an email confirming the order. In case of non-acceptance of the order, Traditions and Quality of Luca Brini undertakes to promptly notify the Customer.

The prices on the site are to be understood as prices to the public and therefore inclusive of VAT.

Traditions and Quality reserves the right to change prices at any time, without prior notice, excluding those already booked by the customer.

Products

The visual representation of the products, where available, is normally given by the photographic image and has the sole purpose of presenting the products for sale in a way that is as close to the real as possible, therefore it may not be perfectly representative of the characteristics.

Information relating to products is provided through the site and is constantly updated; however, it is not possible to guarantee the total absence of errors.
Tradizioni e Qualità reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been sent, or to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Delivery methods and times

Correct receipt of purchase or booking orders is confirmed by Traditions and Quality by means of an e-mail reply sent to the e-mail address supplied by the Customer.

This confirmation message will contain the order number, the summary of the billing and shipping data, the list of products ordered, their price, the methods of payment accepted, the type of delivery chosen and the total amount.

The confirmation message proposes all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections.

The delivery times of the ordered goods are purely indicative.

No responsibility can be attributed to Luca Brini in case of delay in the order or delivery of the ordered goods for reasons not attributable to the same.

At the time of delivery, the Customer is required to check:

- that the item corresponds to the one booked;
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or, in any case, altered.

Cancellation of the order

The Customer can cancel the entire order only by 08.00 on the working day following the sending of the order. Any cancellation request received by Tradizioni e Qualità di Luca Brini beyond the allowed terms will be considered not applicable. The modification of an order already received by Luca Brini's Traditions and Quality is not envisaged, it will therefore be necessary to cancel the incorrect order and subsequently repeat the purchase of the desired products from the Site. The sales contract between the customer and Luca Brini's Traditions and Quality is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For anything not specifically indicated in these Conditions, the Legislative Decree 185/99 "implementation of Directive 97/7 on the protection of consumers in the field of distance contracts".
