Sapori del Borgo Antico is a small business located in Montebonello, in the Modenese Apennines, specializing in the creation of excellences based on hand-made and artisanal chocolate. Tiziana, one of the most famous chocolate masters in the area, gives life to truly unmissable works of art, bringing together her experience with high quality raw materials and at Km 0: just think that the hazelnuts used for these products come from a hazelnut grove owned by them located in Pavullo nel Frignano, a few kilometers from the laboratory! The family management of this reality allows direct control over raw materials and the authenticity of the finished product: perfectly in line with the philosophy of our project!

These rich and refined biscuits are obtained by covering chopped almonds and hazelnuts with egg white and powdered sugar, all on a 61% dark chocolate base; it is certainly confirmed as one of the most appreciated products by our customers for its crunchiness and sweetness. As in all the other chocolate products we offer, there is no addition of dyes, preservatives, or added fats and oils.

They are a little vice that we can indulge in at the end of a meal or as an energetic breakfast, but also for a quality mid-afternoon snack; they are also very popular for gifts and small gifts for children and families.
