This delicious cream is made up of Porcini mushrooms of the Boletus Edulis family, collected from the end of May to the end of June and from the end of August for the entire duration of autumn. Known and distinguishable from other types of porcini for their rounded and fleshy cap, with a variable color from white to brown brown, passing through cream and hazelnut; the stem instead turns out to be full and robust, whitish in color with light hazelnut nuances. In this cream they are combined with olive oil and a pinch of parsley, obtaining a product with a light gray color tending to very light brown, with an intoxicating aroma and an intense, tasty but not unpleasant flavor.

It will be delivered in an airtight glass jar with a label.

We recommend using it in combination with piadina platters, cheeses and salami typical of the Emilia-Romagna tradition for high quality aperitifs and appetizers, but also hot on canapés, sandwiches, croutons and crepes; finally we suggest to use it also as a condiment for dry pasta, salads or side dish for meat dishes.

Porcini mushrooms in pieces (Boletus edulis and related group), parsley, olive oil (composed of refined olive oils and virgin olive oils), traces of garlic, acid corrector: citric acid.

Storage:

After opening the package, store in the refrigerator.

We recommend using it hot.
