  • Product description:

    These selected white porcini belong to the Boletus Edulis family, are harvested from the end of May to the end of June, from the end of August for the entire duration of autumn and grow only in coniferous or deciduous woods. They are well recognizable and are distinguished from other types of porcini for their rounded and fleshy cap with a variable color from white to brown brown, passing through cream and hazelnut; the stem, on the other hand, is full and robust, whitish in color with very light hazelnut shades. Their production is completely artisanal and handmade in a small workshop in Borgotaro, home of the Mushroom; a product with a soft consistency is obtained, with an intoxicating aroma and a delicate but intense and persistent taste, in which the quality of the chosen mushroom is very well recognized.

    The 190 gr type will be delivered in an elegant glass jar with hermetic closure and label.

  • Tips & Pairings:

    Really delicious in combination with appetizers or quality aperitifs with meats and cheeses of the Emilian - Romagna tradition, but also combined with meat main courses as a tasty side dish; they are often also used as a tasty condiment for pasta or salads. For better preservation, we recommend topping up with olive oil if necessary and refrigerating.
