Peasant cream created by combining vegetables and selected raw materials, fresh and at Km 0: the sweet taste of carrot and pumpkin are contrasted with the more intense taste of peppers and cabbage, all linked by a light nuance of onion; refined and never banal, it has a dark orange color tending to red with a fairly dense consistency, a pungent and complex aroma and a strong, intense but never aggressive flavor.
It will be delivered in a practical glass jar with airtight closure and label.
Tips & Pairings:
Much chosen by our customers for its versatility in the kitchen: if its natural combination is with bread boards, cold cuts, cheeses to enrich aperitifs and appetizers, it is also often used to season dry pasta or to accompany meat and boiled meat dishes.
