In our selection of products of excellence from Emilia Romagna, a collection of quality honey could not be missing; as a producer we have chosen Apicoltura Manfredini, located in Pavullo nel Frignano on the Modenese Apennines, to ensure a fresh food, cared for and cultivated away from pollution or very busy roads: the healthiness, genuineness and goodness of this food, in fact, depends a lot by the climatic, environmental and social characteristics that surround it. Apicoltura Manfredini was born in 1922 thanks to Pio Manfredini, a true pioneer in terms of innovative production techniques and choices; from generation to generation, the secrets and passion for beekeeping are handed down in the Manfredini family, improving more and more in terms of technologies and field choices, but preserving the craftsmanship that distinguishes them. Precisely this family management of the company ensures that the entire production process is extremely accurate and traditional: a real gem, inevitable in our project!

Il miele di acacia che vi proponiamo viene prodotto nella zona montana di Modena e nei boschi del Nord Italia, ben lontano da smog e inquinamento: un valore fondamentale per ottenere un prodotto salubre e di alta qualità! Tra tutte le varietà di miele, quello di acacia risulta il più diffuso ed apprezzato per il suo colore giallo paglierino limpido e luminoso, per il suo profumo delicato, leggero con sfumature di fiori di camomilla e per il suo sapore dolce, con lievi note di vaniglia e mandorla dolce.
Dietro tanta delicatezza, però, si nasconde un forte potere ricostituente ed energetico per l'organismo, grazie alla sua ricchezza in ferro, calcio e sali minerali facili da assimilare.Tips & Pairings:
The acacia honey we offer is perfect as a sweetener in herbal teas and hot milk for breakfasts or energy snacks, as a light filling for rusks, soft bread and butter or in combination with cheeses of any seasoning on high quality cutting boards. It is also very effective against sore throats, as a liver detoxifier and as a remedy with a laxative action; thanks to its energy supply and its lightness, it is very much chosen by both sportsmen and children or the elderly.
