HOW TO ORDER
Buying a product on our site is very simple.
You can complete the purchase procedure in a few minutes and receive the chosen product directly at your home:
Search for the item to buy in our virtual shop by searching for it through the product categories;
choose the items you want to order and in what quantity and add to the cart;
indicates your shipping address, on the basis of which the costs for it will be calculated automatically;
make the payment in the way you prefer;

Shipment
We carry out safe and tracked shipments throughout Italy and around the world.
Shipping will be calculated automatically based on the weight of the products you have purchased.
It is possible to customize your shipment, based on the various parameters made available: the choice must be made on the cart page during checkout.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Online sales are equivalent to mail order sales.
The right of withdrawal allows the customer to return the ordered product in the event that he changes his mind regarding his purchase.
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 15 January 1992 n. 50 and Legislative Decree 185 of 22 May 1999, as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty.
If you buy with a VAT number you will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Return a purchase
You must notify us of your decision by email ( info@tradizioniqualita.it ).
The notice of withdrawal must contain:
the indication of the articles with respect to which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised;
the Order Number with the purchase confirmation;
identification data (name, surname / company name, address, telephone, e-mail);
the payment method used for the purchase. The refund will in fact be credited back to the account or card used.
How long does it take to exercise the "Right of withdrawal".
You can return your order in whole or in part no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods (the postmark is valid).
Ship the returned purchase
The goods must be returned at the expense of the buyer to Traditions and Quality within 14 working days of receipt of the same, in perfect condition.
Within 7 working days of receipt of the goods we will proceed to credit the amount corresponding to the value of the goods resulting from the invoice.
Shipping costs will not be included in the above amount.
This in accordance with art. 5, paragraph 6, Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999.
How we will process the refund
If you have made a refund request and it has been accepted, the return amount will be refunded directly to the card or account used as the payment method.
The reimbursement of returned products is made only after receipt of the return and verification of the integrity of the products.
