Sapori del Borgo Antico is a small business located in Montebonello, in the Modenese Apennines, specializing in the creation of excellences based on hand-made and artisanal chocolate. Tiziana, one of the most famous chocolate masters in the area, gives life to truly unmissable works of art, bringing together her experience with high quality raw materials and at Km 0: just think that the hazelnuts used for these products come from a hazelnut grove owned by them located in Pavullo nel Frignano, a few kilometers from the laboratory! The family management of this reality allows direct control over raw materials and the authenticity of the finished product: perfectly in line with the philosophy of our project!

The light and delicate praline of these hazelnuts, directly harvested from the Mezzaqui family hazelnut grove on the Modenese Apennines, differentiates them from the others on the market and enhances their true and unique flavor. Created simply using high quality hazelnuts and sugar, without preservatives or artificial additives, they are a real excellence of our region.

As for their "colleagues" Almonds, they are perfect as a snack during the day and as a mid-afternoon snack, but they are also an excellent dessert at the end of a meal. We recommend pairing with a good passito wine.
