With this product we offer Porcini Mushrooms (Boletus Edulis) together with three other types of selected mushrooms, with different but at the same time complementary aromas, aromas and flavors. Respecting the traditional recipes of Borgotaro, the homeland of the mushroom, they are then cooked in water, vinegar, natural flavors and preserved in excellent quality olive oil, without artificial preservatives; in this way, the exquisite Mixed Mushrooms in oil are obtained, which ensure a soft consistency, an aromatic and unmistakable aroma and a savory, intense and very delicious taste.

The mixed mushrooms in oil will be delivered in a practical glass jar with hermetic seal and label.

We recommend using these mixed mushrooms for quality aperitifs and appetizers, as an accompaniment to cold cuts and cheeses typical of the Emilia-Romagna tradition; also widely used as a condiment for pasta or salads, we suggest trying them on pizza too: you won't regret it!

Sliced porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and related group), trunk mushrooms (Pholiota nameko), Tricholoma portentosum, Moss mushrooms (Volvariella volvacea), olive oil (composed of refined olive oils and virgin oils) salt, vinegar, acidifier : citric acid, natural flavors.

It may contain traces of non-added sulphites.
