Sapori del Borgo Antico is a small business located in Montebonello, in the Modenese Apennines, specializing in the creation of excellences based on hand-made and artisanal chocolate. Tiziana, one of the most famous chocolate masters in the area, gives life to truly unmissable works of art, bringing together her experience with high quality raw materials and at Km 0: just think that the hazelnuts used for these products come from a hazelnut grove owned by them located in Pavullo nel Frignano, a few kilometers from the laboratory! The family management of this reality allows direct control over raw materials and the authenticity of the finished product: perfectly in line with the philosophy of our project!

Pure Extra Dark Chocolate bar (100%) created with only cocoa mass and cocoa butter. It does not contain added sugar and ensures a strong, very intense and persistent flavor, with a bitter aftertaste. Artisan bar of pure and fine 35% milk chocolate, with butter, sugar and cocoa mass. The chocolate bars we have selected are created in a small artisan workshop of a Mastra Cioccolatiera in Montebonello, near Pavullo nel Frignano (MO). The family management of the laboratory ensures that the raw material used is always of first choice, guaranteeing a genuine and excellent product.

Perfect in purity, to be combined with spirits such as Rum and Whiskey at the end of a meal, as an energy breakfast or as a base for Extra dark chocolate desserts (tenerina, Barozzi cake).
