For the line of products based on Blueberry and Berries we have chosen Azienda Agricola i Rodi, a family-run business located in Fanano on the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, surrounded by green meadows and chestnut woods; the company philosophy is based on organic farming and a complete production cycle that includes separate waste collection, energy saving and photovoltaic systems, to ensure total respect for the environment. After the cultivation of blackberries, red currants, black currants, strawberries, raspberries and the subsequent harvest (to which we add the bilberry, not cultivated but wild), we move on to the transformation in a small artisan laboratory also located near the company: it is one of the few companies that can certify blueberry-based products from the Modenese Apennines with the mark of the Modena Chamber of Commerce, to ensure the origin and high quality of the fruit.

Delicious compote, certified organic, created on the Modenese Apennines in the Fanano and Sestola area by handcrafting Raspberries grown in the area and adding only organic grape juice and a small amount of pectin, with no added sugars! It has a bright ruby red color, with a slightly dense consistency, a pronounced and intense aroma and a sweet flavor with slightly sour nuances, typical of fresh raspberry. The difference with Extra Jam is its lower density and the complete absence of added sugars.

Delicious if used as a sweet filling of Piadina Romagnola Igp or soft bread, we recommend pairing it with fresh cheeses such as Squacquerone di Romagna Dop or aged like Parmigiano Reggiano Dop 24-30 months; it is perfect as a filling for raviole, pies and artisan desserts. Not using added sugars for its production, it is suitable for low-calorie diets or for people intolerant to sugar.
